Article 1: Offer

Article 2: Reservation

All reservations must be made by the Customer or by a duly authorized representative. For any reservation, the customer must provide the following information:

Customer Information:
Name, first name, phone number, email, and home address.

Trip information:
Date and time of pick-up, place of departure and arrival, number of passengers, need for a booster seat, number of bags, as well as the flight or train number if applicable.

Article 3: Cancellation and modification

The customer can request the cancellation of the service up to 24 hours before the date and time of support and obtain reimbursement of the sums paid.

Regarding the cancellation of the service less than 24 hours before the date and time of pick-up, an amount of € 15 for the SEDAN range (€ 25 for the VAN ranges) will be due, as a fixed and lump-sum penalty. ).

Regarding the cancellation of the service less than 2 hours before the date and time of taking charge, the minimum amount of a trip will be due, as a fixed and lump sum penalty, i.e. an amount of € 35 for the SEDAN range (65 € for the VAN range).

The service provider can cancel the customer’s transport in the event of force majeure, in which case the customer may benefit from compensation. He can also cancel the transport if the customer does not show up at the agreed place, beyond a time limit set at 15 minutes. In the latter case, the customer will be billed for his breach.

Any modification of the route by the customer during the service and resulting in program changes, may generate supplements to be paid on site or at the end of the service.

Article 4: Provision

Any provision service must be the subject of a written reservation. It must be carried out by the client or by a duly authorized representative. All reservations must mention the place of performance of the service, the number of passengers and the name and contact details of the beneficiary of the service if this is different from those of the customer.

Any cancellation of provision must be notified 48 hours before the start of the service. Failing this and for whatever reasons, it will be due, as a fixed and fixed penalty, non-deductible equal to the amount initially provided for when booking.

The service is only valid once, and if it turns out that the customer was not present at the meeting place, the service would be permanently lost and will not give any right to reimbursement. Article 5: Prices

The transfer rate applies to direct non-stop travel from the pick-up point to the point of arrival, with service ending immediately thereafter. The amount of luggage transported is proportional to the capacity of the vehicle.
